Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed March 10, 2023, found that Staffing Village Home Health Care had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a federal recertification survey completed on January 23, 2023.
